Sevenson has extensive experience and specializes in residential remediation, and we understand the core principles and practices for working with owners and residents of affected properties. A sound community relations plan is vital to the successful completion of a residential remediation project. Establishment of systematic lines of communication among affected parties (federal, state, and local governments, community leaders, police, fire, hospital, and rescue services) and, most importantly, homeowners and area residents, are critical for a successful outcome. Sevenson works with clients to develop and support the implementation of these plans. When clear and effective communication exists among all stakeholders, clients, and Sevenson’s project team, work proceeds smoothly and is completed on schedule and within budget.

Site restoration is an important component of residential remediation. Sevenson makes sure that local neighborhoods impacted by waste removal operations are restored to pre-existing conditions. Typical  restoration work includes placing clean backfill material; applying fresh topsoil, seed, and/or sod; vegetal plantings and ground covers; utility replacement; roadway paving; driveway and sidewalk repairs; and other landscape features. Sevenson has successfully remediated over 2,000 residential properties, leaving each property in better condition upon completion.
