Sevenson has partnered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) since 1979, beginning with remediation activities at the Love Canal Superfund Site in Niagara Falls, New York. This landmark project set the foundation for Sevenson’s leadership in environmental cleanup and restoration nationwide.
Sevenson has been working for the USEPA since 1979, when Sevenson performed remediation activities at the Love Canal Superfund Site in Niagara Falls, NY. Since then, Sevenson has performed work in USEPA Regions 1-10, including 48 states and Puerto Rico. Sevenson’s primarily performs remediation work in Region 2, where we’ve completed >70 projects, valued at >$750M, for both Federal Government and private industry clients. Subsequently, Sevenson has worked directly with the USEPA on our Great Lakes National Program Officer Contracts (GLNPOC), since 2012. As both a prime and subcontractor, Sevenson has performed mechanical and hydraulic dredging, dewatering, and material processing services in multiple Areas of Concern in the Great Lakes. Sevenson has also performed remedial activities under Remediation Environmental Services (RES) contracts both in the continental U.S. and in Puerto Rico.
